The line includes bottle feeder, ultrasonic bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, transition turntable, filling & capping machine and vertical labeling machine.
Take out the bottles and put them on the bottle feeder, then they will be transported by turntable to the ultrasonic bottle washing machine. The way of washing is three water parts and one gas part. At first the bottles enter into the ultrasonic part and wash rough. This part adopt the effect of ultrasonic to washing the bottles' inside. The second and third water wash the bottles whose way is that rush the inside and pour the outside. Then adopt the oil free compressed air to dry the inside and outside preliminary.
After this step, the bottles enter into the tunnel sterilization oven. The temperature of the oven is from the quartz which is above the conveyor belt. The tunnel sterilization can effectively complete the bottles' sterilization and drying when the bottles go through the preheat drying sterilization and cooling parts orderly. Then the bottles get out of the oven and go to filling and capping parts.
The filling heads could be 4 heads or 8 heads. It's a linear filling. After filling is the plugging cover and capping parts. After capping, it can be linked with terminal sterilization if the customer need this machine. According to the customer's requirements the line can be linked with inspection machine and accumulation table.
